Two residents of Koro IDP camp carry water - heavy, heavy water - back home from the nearest bore hole. These women are strong. They could beat me up. Without spilling their water.

James, I printed an 8x10 of this picture and took it to school. I couldn't quit looking at it, and thought my kids & staff might enjoy it as well.
Thanks! The rub of it is I shot this one from the hip while walking behind them. I can only take credit for the idea; the execution goes to Canon and serendipity.
Just to put things in perspective - a 5-gallon container of water weighs about 42 lbs. Between the one on their heads and the one they are carrying in their hand each woman is carrying 84 lbs. - plus one has a baby on her back. You're right - they could beat you up!
